1) You must correctly fill in all details to receive a quote.
2) All quotations are subject to you supplying the correct description. i.e. your description of condition must be accurate.
3) Any insurance categories and finance interests must be declared.
4) Payment subject to all paperwork being present, including Registration document, logbook, plating certificate, test certificate (if applicable) and invoice, plus VAT if applicable.
5) Payment will be made by bankers draft to the person name or company name on a valid VAT invoice.
6) We reserve the right to charge any incurred costs (i.e. bank charge for draft, low loader trips) in the event of a purchase being cancelled due to in correct description, documentation or any other reasons.
7) We reserve the right upon seeing the vehicle to cancel the purchase if the vehicle is not found to be as described.
8) 'Free quote within 24 hours' refers to 24 working hours, 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
